Being a mother inspires a great deal of what I do. What are products I would like to have or what would enhance the imaginative play in the littles? I think about it, turning a creative idea over in my head time after time, until I envision a final product. Several months ago, I found this great tutorial on making teething necklaces. Oh! I NEEDED one of those! Little Enzo was nowhere near having teeth, but the necklace became something I just had to make! With the addition of a beautifully crocheted flower, I have fallen in love with this versatile necklace. I can loop it onto the car seat for something interesting to look at, wear it to distract little hands from grabbing at my more valuable jewelry, little eyes stay focused on the necklace while feeding (instead of constantly looking around the room), and it just looks plain cute when I’m wearing it! So many wonderful uses and looking good at the same time… that’s a winner to me!
