LET’S CELEBRATE OUR DIFFERENCES!
Whether it’s anxiety and worry, being a little jumpy!, facing bullies, overcoming obstacles, or just not operating the way the rest of the world expects, our little ones have a story to tell. Sometimes these stories are told on the pages of a book, and that is where I have found inspiration for the Celebrate Differences collection.
Nobody is perfect. That might seem like a “Duh!” statement, but so many times we look at others and think they have it all together. They don’t. Everyone has struggles. Everyone has fears. Everyone has people in their lives who make them feel bad. The point is we are all different and the struggles are real! I love this quote from the book I am Albert Einstein… “Every single one of us is different. No one on the planet is just like you. Being different is what makes you special.”
I want the little ones in your life to know they are special. To know that they aren’t alone in their struggles and that someone else has shared their story.
- Maybe she has ADHD and is a little too jumpy and easily distracted. Eukee shares her story.
- Was she a self-confident girl who suddenly doesn’t know where she fits in and faces bullies? Chrysanthemum understands.
- Does her brain work a little differently? Look at what Albert Einstein accomplished!
- Are the worries in her life overwhelming? Chester from A Kissing Hand and Wilma Jean the Worry Machine know how that feels.
Celebrate the differences! Celebrate the different drumbeat, the quirks, and the perfectly un-perfect qualities that make your little one unique!
I would love to celebrate with you and share a gift of 10% off any purchase from my Etsy shop! This gift is available now and will be good until Friday Sept. 25, 2015, just use the code CELEBRATESEPT21 during checkout.
Dolls are listed both as “Ready to Ship” or “Custom Order.” Most of the Ready to Ship dolls include the book they are inspired by. The Custom Orders will be made to order with your choice of skin, hair, and eye colors, but do not include the book.
